SUMMARY:
The Strategic Business Analyst provides outcome-focused thinking to frame executable work to reach business and organizational goals. The Strategic Business Analyst works with members of the Executive Team, Enterprise Project Management Office, business owners, and partner organizations to ensure strategic plan alignment, and selection of the right solutions to address business gaps. This position's primary responsibility is to intake and vet project requests, as well as to help ensure collaboration across Departments, Divisions, and Service Lines to execute on the organization's Strategic Plan.

Education:
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or other related disciplines. Relevant years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Experience:
3+ years in healthcare preferred. 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, information systems or other relevant disciplines. Experience in market analysis or strategic planning a plus.

Computer / Typing:
Professional:Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Produce and maintain current/future state architecture views (capability, application, integration, data, and infrastructure).
Develop solution options with trade-offs (cost, risk, time-to-value, technical debt, clinical impact) and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of enterprise standards (integration patterns, infrastructure, and data patterns)
