MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Excellent analytical, organizational, and administrative skills. Possess a strong knowledge of all games, house rules and Table Games counting methods and procedures as well as Title 31 and tax laws including computer-generated reports. Maintain strict confidentiality of classified information. Basic computer knowledge to access/ input information and read/respond to email in order to perform job functions and assist guests. Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the public and staff. Perform in fast paced and goal-oriented environment. Must possess excellent business sense and a high level of professional ethics. Must hold a high regard for guest service and Team Member relations. Ability of complex reading, writing, math, and task completion skills is required. Must have the following skills: clerical, compiling, coordination, analyzing, supervising, instructing, precision working, following instructions, influencing others, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making. Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Minimum of 3 years experience in table games environment and 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity is required or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Preferred: A Bachelors Degree in business and finance is preferred. Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness card.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Oversees the Table Games activities during an assigned shift. Coordinates with multiple departments to ensure total guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Maintains visual presence on casino floor. Provides timely leadership, motivation and guidance to direct reports in pursuit of company objectives while ensuring highly effective performance by those direct reports. Assures that surveillance is notified as required by casino policies and procedures and notifies Table Games Management of any discrepancies. Assists with managing and controlling labor and game spread to optimize business needs. Responsible for the overall maintenance, appearance and supply of all gaming equipment including layouts, chairs, shoes, discard racks and other miscellaneous gaming equipment. Counts new and used card inventory and verifies logs with outgoing CSM. Reviews staffing needs to ensure proper coverage and work assignments for dealers and supervisors. Prepares daily reports. Actively promotes GSR tournaments, promotions and events. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, termination, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, reward and coaching Team Members, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Responsible for successfully onboarding all new Team Members on their assigned shift. Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently sitting, standing, walking, occasionally reaching overhead, bending over, crouching, and kneeling during the duration of their shift. Must be able to lift/carry and push/pull 25lbs or less frequently. The team member will constantly have repetitive use of both feet. Team membe will occasionally have repetitive use of both hands and light and firm/strong grasping motions. Finger dexterity of both hands will be constantly required. Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
