SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Medical Officer (CMO), CMO Direct Reports, and the Senior Executive Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex scheduling and communications, and can maintain strong follow-through across multiple leaders.
Northern Nevada HOPES is a Federally Qualified Health Center and Patient Centered Medical Home.
MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Due to real and potential conflicts of interest that exist when HOPES Behavioral Health providers render services to their coworkers, it is HOPES' policy (Policy HR0005) that HOPES employees may not access HOPES Behavioral Health Services. For the same reason, current Behavioral Health patients/clients cannot be employed by HOPES. Accordingly, you hereby acknowledge and understand that if you are receiving services from a HOPES Behavioral Health provider at the time you are offered and accept employment with HOPES, you have the option of rescinding your acceptance of employment or finding a new behavioral health provider outside of HOPES before starting employment with HOPES.
3+ years of administrative support experience (clinical, executive, or senior leader support preferred).
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong calendar management skills, including coordination across multiple leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage high task volume with shifting priorities and minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- High school diploma required; additional education or training preferred.
