Job Purpose Summary

The Senior Manager, HR Technology will drive execution, delivery, and continuous improvements across our global HR technology ecosystem.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that blends product ownership, system administration, and delivery leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring HR technology solutions are not only defined - but configured, delivered, and adopted to drive measurable business impact.

You will own the day-to-day performance and evolution of systems across the employee lifecycle, including Core HR and Talent platforms. Working closely with the Director, HR Technology & Operations, you will execute against the HR technology strategy and play a key role in scaling systems, processes, and AI-enabled capabilities across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a player-coach environment - comfortable operating at both a strategic and highly tactical level, and motivated by driving outcomes in a lean, global team.

This is a fully remote role with occasional travel for team collaboration.

What you will do

HR Technology Execution & Delivery

• Own and drive execution of the HR technology roadmap across Core HR and Talent systems (including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals)

• Operate as a hands-on functional owner, with the ability to directly configure or closely oversee system changes as needed

• Own and execute backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination

• Ensure initiatives are delivered end-to-end - from definition through configuration, deployment, and adoption

• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery visibility across initiatives

Stakeholder Partnership & Requirements

• Partner with HR (including Talent, Learning, Total Rewards, and Operations) and business leaders to prioritize needs

• Translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice solutions and actionable work

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical partners to ensure alignment and execution clarity

Process Improvement & System Optimization

• Own intake and prioritization of system enhancements across Core HR, Talent, and Learning platforms

• Identify and drive improvements in process efficiency, data quality, and user experience

• Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption of new capabilities and system enhancements

AI & Scaled Execution

• Use AI as a thought partner to accelerate analysis, solution design, and delivery

• Partner with the Director, HR Technology & Operations to support implementation and scaling of AI capabilities across HR

• Integrate AI into day-to-day workflows to improve speed, quality, and efficiency of execution

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

• Core HR, Talent, and Learning systems are stable, optimized, and trusted by the business

• Backlog is clearly prioritized and consistently executed against

• Stakeholders have clear visibility into priorities, progress, and outcomes

• Key improvements (e.g., hiring workflows, learning delivery, data quality) are implemented and adopted

• HR technology enables measurable efficiency, scalability, and improved employee experience

What you will need

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (or equivalent work experience)

· 7+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or related roles with increasing ownership and scope

· Proven experience owning and delivering HR technology initiatives end-to-end (not just defining requirements)

· Strong experience with Core HR systems, Talent Acquisition platforms, and/or Learning systems

· Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments (backlog management, sprint planning, releases)

· Demonstrated ability to operate in a hybrid role (product owner + hands-on system operator or functional lead)

· Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

· Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable system solutions

· High level of ownership, organization, and comfort operating in a lean, fast-paced environment

· Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve productivity and execution is a plus

· Curiosity and sound judgment in applying emerging technologies to real business challenges

Corza Medical offers a competitive benefits package including medical, 401K, vacation and sick time, paternal leave and other benefits.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000/annual. Further, pay is offered based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant’s job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications, and certain degrees.
