CTG Senior Data Analyst: Tableau & Databricks in Remote, United States
CTG is seeking Senior Data Analysts to join our Analytics team. As an experienced member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our "data evolution" initiatives while mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with principal analysts.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop advanced analytics solutions using Databricks, SQL, and Tableau
Lead complex data analysis projects and provide technical guidance to junior analysts
Develop data models in collaboration with data engineers
Implement and maintain sophisticated dashboards, reports, and self-service tools
Establish and enforce data quality standards and validation procedures
Contribute to the development of analytics best practices and coding standards
Ensure proper documentation of data products within Alation and other governance tools
Present advanced analytical findings to various levels of stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in data analysis or related field
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Statistics, or similar)
Advanced proficiency in:
SQL
Databricks
Tableau
R or Python
Demonstrated experience in statistical analysis and data modeling
Ability to work PST hours
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare industry experience
Experience with version control tools (Git) and Azure DevOps
Project management experience
Strong mentorship and team leadership abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in developing and implementing data governance practices

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
