How you’ll make an impact in this role
Lead the end-to-end elicitation of business and Master Data Management (MDM) requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and data profiling to deliver high-quality domain models, business cases, and traceability matrices.
Partner with Data Governance and Product Owners to define standardized master data definitions, hierarchies, and stewardship rules, ensuring all data assets align with enterprise quality standards and compliance frameworks.
Design and document complex data integration workflows—including batch, real-time, and API-based patterns—to enable seamless enterprise-wide interoperability and data sharing across disparate systems.
Oversee the implementation and testing of MDM logic (matching rules, survivorship, and error handling) while proactively triaging and resolving data quality defects and integration failures throughout the delivery lifecycle.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking
Proven experience working with Master Data Management platforms or initiatives (e.g., Provider MDM, Person MDM, Customer MDM, etc.).
Experience in enterprise Data Integration (ETL/ELT, APIs, FHIR, HL7, data pipelines) across diverse source and consumer systems.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, User stories, and acceptance criteria.
