CTG Program Manager - Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) in Remote, United States
CTG is seeking an experienced Program Manager – EAM to lead a large-scale IBM Maximo Greenfield transformation. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive end-to-end program delivery, align cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation across business and technical domains.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full lifecycle delivery of an enterprise Maximo (EAM) implementation
Own program planning, execution, milestones, and dependencies
Manage stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and vendors
Run governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates
Oversee integrations, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment readiness
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changes
Manage vendors, budgets, forecasts, and resource planning
Drive change management, training, and user adoption
Lead go-live, hypercare, and transition to support
Required Skills:
Program Management (large-scale enterprise programs)
IBM Maximo (EAM) expertise
Greenfield implementation experience
Systems Integration & Data Migration
Stakeholder & Executive Management
Governance & Steering Committee leadership
Risk & Issue Management
Vendor & Financial Management
Change Management & Go-Live Support
Qualifications:
10+ years of program/project management experience
Proven success delivering enterprise EAM or Maximo programs
Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
Strong background in full project lifecycle delivery (plan → deploy → support)
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
PMP or PgMP preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $118,000 to $123,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
