Maximus Operations Team Lead (Remote- US) in Remote, United States
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead small projects or testing of soft releases.
Ensure test cases or tasks are developed and assigned to staff.
Oversee systems and logging of software issues.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Ability to lead or participate in meetings, drive outcomes, and collaborate in a team setting.
Ensure individual and service level standards are met or exceeded, and team members are appropriately trained.
Ensure processes are working to support customer needs and continuous process improvement.
Ensure the overall volume of work produced/software tested meets or exceeds quality standards.
Ensure staff maintains an updated knowledge of all programs.
'- Provide high level customer support to internal and external customers.
Responsible for assigning and coordinating referrals for contract work to appropriate parties
Computer data entry
Perform all job duties in compliance with Person First standards, HIPAA guidelines, and company confidentiality policies and procedures.
Complete assignments within established compliance standards and timelines
Monitor multiple work queues daily to ensure cases move quickly through each process stage.
Identify and resolve data errors
Works on a variety of assignments requiring considerable judgement and initiative.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
