CTG Contract Management Project Manager in Remote, United States
CTG is seeking a Contract Management Project Manager. This position will lead healthcare vendor and procurement contracting projects, managing end-to-end contract activities lifecycle from intake, organizational support, negotiation, red-line review, and contract execution. The Contract Management Project Manager will report to the 3 rd Party Application Contracts Workgroup Lead.
Key responsibilities
Manage vendor contracting projects, including intake, prioritization, workplans, deadlines, and stakeholder coordination.
Facilitate contract drafting and review with Legal/Compliance; support negotiation workflows and ensure required approvals are obtained.
Coordinate healthcare-specific requirements (e.g., BAAs, data security, vendor risk assessments, HIPAA/privacy terms, credentialing or access requirements as applicable).
Maintain contracting governance: templates, clause library/playbooks, approval matrices, and audit-ready documentation.
Track risks, issues, and dependencies; provide status reporting, escalation, and resolution plans.
Partner with Procurement/Legal/IT Finance/IT Operations to align contracting to sourcing strategy, pricing, performance requirements, and vendor onboarding.
Monitor and improve performance metrics (cycle time, backlog, SLA adherence, exceptions, renewal timeliness) and implement process improvements.
Ensure executed agreements and key metadata are captured accurately in CLM and vendor management systems.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in healthcare procurement/supply chain or vendor contracting.
Familiarity with CLM tools, e-signature, vendor onboarding/risk management processes, and compliance-driven contracting.
Strong cross-functional project management, communication, and attention to detail in regulated environments.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $135,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
