How you’ll make an impact in this role
Define clear messaging for CX initiatives, including what it is, why it matters, and who benefits, ensuring consistency across communications
Develop executive-level presentations and materials for senior leadership and key forums
Partner with Internal and External Communications to align messaging, timing, and delivery
Manage CX communication standards, including presentation templates and visual storytelling guidance
Maintain CX presence across internal platforms, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking
Strong ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
Experience building executive-level presentations, especially in Google Slides
Ability to work across teams and influence without direct authority
