How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • AI Workflow Orchestration: Design and implement "Agentic Workflows" within Google Workspace (e.g., using Gemini to triage high volumes of email, auto-drafting project plans in Docs, and summarizing data trends in Sheets).

  • AI Knowledge Integration: Establish the department’s first grounded AI repository. You will be responsible for sourcing and indexing departmental research and transcripts into a "Private Intelligence Hub," setting up the framework (using tools like NotebookLM) to ensure team-wide AI responses are accurate and verified.

  • Multimedia Content Production: Lead the creation of internal training and stakeholder updates using Google Vids , transforming static documents into AI-generated video presentations.

  • AI Training & Evangelism: Act as the internal "AI Champion," conducting workshops to improve the team's prompt engineering skills and ensuring high adoption of new Gemini features.

  • Quality & Ethics Oversight: Serve as the final human-in-the-loop, auditing AI-generated outputs for brand voice consistency, factual accuracy, and ethical compliance.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Certifications (2026 Standards): Google AI Professional Certificate (via Coursera/Google) or Gemini for Google Workspace Professional Certificate , Google AI Essentials or a demonstrated portfolio of AI-automated projects.

  • The Google Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Gemini for Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Slides, Sheets) and NotebookLM .

  • Exceptional Communication: Written: Ability to "polish" AI drafts into high-stakes executive communications. Verbal: Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical staff with patience and clarity.
