  • A pivotal role in shaping and optimizing Distribution Channel Management (DCM) operations across multiple markets.

  • High autonomy as a mid‑level individual contributor working closely with commercial and functional leaders.

  • Opportunities to influence process excellence, tool adoption, and operational efficiency across the region.

  • Cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Compliance, Legal, QA, and more.

How You'll Create Impact

You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence within DCM by:

  • Owning daily, weekly, and monthly DCM operational activities.

  • Overseeing, analyzing, and improving DCM processes, capabilities, and tools.

  • Driving strong adoption and proper rollout of DCM solutions across markets.

  • Designing dashboards, tools, and solutions that elevate business performance.

  • Supporting key initiatives and projects delivered under the DCM umbrella.

  • Coordinating regional and cross‑market initiatives.

  • Acting as a commercial liaison on distribution channel topics.

  • Representing and championing the DCM Center of Excellence cross‑regionally and cross‑functionally.

Your Background

You will thrive in this role if you bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Channel Operations, Business Analysis, Commercial Excellence, or related areas.

  • Experience in MedTech or Pharma (preferred but not required).

  • Strong Excel and data processing skills.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and automation tools.

  • High cultural awareness and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English at a professional level.
