IntelAssist Finance Specialist (HK Based Client) in Remote, Philippines

Job Title: Finance Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM HKT

Work Setup: 2 to 4 weeks of onsite onboarding, followed by a transition to work-from-home | Day Shift (HK Timezone)

A hospitality group and restaurant collective known for creating distinctive, narrative‑driven dining experiences that celebrate different cultures, cuisines, times, and places.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to support our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Xero, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily revenue and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Assist in the preparation of management accounts, including financial statements and reports.

  • Support payment processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

  • Handle ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related course.

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Accounting.

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.

  • Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software is a must.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables).

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • A high degree of accountability, reliability, and initiative in completing tasks.
