IntelAssist Finance Specialist (HK Based Client) in Remote, Philippines
Job Title: Finance Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM HKT
Work Setup: 2 to 4 weeks of onsite onboarding, followed by a transition to work-from-home | Day Shift (HK Timezone)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to support our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Xero, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily revenue and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist in the preparation of management accounts, including financial statements and reports.
Support payment processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Handle ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related course.
At least 3+ years of experience in Accounting.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.
Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software is a must.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables).
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
A high degree of accountability, reliability, and initiative in completing tasks.
