Job Overview:
As the Senior Manager, Industrial Solutions Segment Talent Partner you will play a crucial role in driving the talent agenda for your client groups. You will be responsible for building deep and diverse talent pipelines, ensuring organizational effectiveness, and designing leadership interventions to ensure that the Segment and it’s BUs have the right people, with the right capabilities to deliver the business agenda now and in the future.

Note: This is a remote position with a preferred location within the United States; however, other locations may be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Talent Partner to the Segment HR leader
• Drive proactive talent management within the IS segment, focusing on segment and BU critical roles and their successors, including facilitation of quarterly segment talent review meetings with the BUs
• Provide expert coaching to the IS HR team and IS LT on strategies to accelerate the readiness of talent in the succession path for IS critical roles.
• Drive excellence in the assessment of talent for leadership succession and ensure a strong practice of building and following bespoke development plans to deliver ready-now successors.
• Provide executive coaching to talent identified as successors to IS segment or BU critical roles to support their development and readiness as successors.
• Build trusting relationships with IS HR Business Partners and build a strong understanding of their businesses
• Provide expert thought leadership and consulting to IS HR to enable their strategy, topics include but are not limited to organization effectiveness, talent management, change management, leadership development, engagement, I&D, and employee experience
• Be an active participant and contributor to the Segment HR strategy discussions and team meetings
• Bring insights to the Talent Management COE to ensure that IS needs are incorporated into solution designs
• Provide expert support to enable deployment of GTM COE initiatives into the IS Segment and BUs
• Support and coach senior leaders, providing guidance on leadership best practices and development planning
• Use business insight to proactively design solutions to anticipated problems
What your background should look like:
• Bachelor degree (or equivalent years of work experience); advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional working experience in HR including 8+ years of progressive experience as a talent partner or HR partner to a business.
• Experience of leading talent initiatives to drive business outcomes (succession planning, performance management, leadership development, coaching)
• Expertise in organizational effectiveness
• Strong executive presence and track record of cultivating strong and trusting relationships with cross-functional partners and executive leaders
• Experience in internal consulting including managerial courage
• Competency in advanced analytics
• Strong communication and project management skills

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $148,600-222,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
