Caregility Data Analyst Intern in Remote, New Jersey

Trusted by over 75 health systems, deployed in more than 1,000 hospitals, and supporting over 30,000 connected devices, Caregility is helping to transform healthcare delivery across inpatient and outpatient settings.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to support the migration of existing Power BI reports to the Domo platform. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization. The internship is Part-Time for 20-29 hours per week for approximately 2-month time frame. The intern will work closely with the data and business teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and user-friendly reporting during the transition.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in migrating dashboards and reports from Power BI to Domo.Analyze existing Power BI reports to understand data models, calculations, and business logic.Recreate and validate reports in Domo to ensure consistency and accuracy.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and feedback.Perform data validation and quality checks between platforms.Document migration processes, data sources, and report logic.Support troubleshooting and optimization of Domo dashboards.Identify opportunities to improve report performance and usability.Skills & AbilitiesBasic understanding of data visualization and reporting concepts.Experience with Power BI (academic or project-based is acceptable).Familiarity with SQL or data querying.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.Good communication and documentation skills.Education & QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:Data Analytics.Information Systems.Computer Science.Business Analytics or related field.Exposure to Domo or other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).Experience with ETL concepts or data pipelines.Knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).Understanding of data modeling and relational databases.Additional Requirements Exposure to real-world business reporting and analytics workflows.Past experience working with cross-functional teams.Other duties as assigned.
