Meet Our Team:
At Launchpad, you’ll join a nimble, growth‑obsessed team focused on expanding our reach within critical ecosystem partners. We operate with a startup mindset backed by enterprise scale, and we’re deeply committed to unlocking new channels of distribution and accelerating how software companies go to market.
This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, sales, and GTM strategy. You’ll work closely with leaders across Product, Sales, Ventures, and Marketing to shape how Launchpad engages AWS globally. You’ll become the connective tissue between Launchpad and AWS teams across regions—building the relationships, programs, and motions that turn AWS into one of our most powerful revenue engines.
Picture Yourself at Pega:
In this position, you will be the driving force behind building and scaling Launchpad’s business with AWS. You’ll embed yourself into the AWS ecosystem, partnering with regional and global AWS GTM teams to identify software companies that benefit from Launchpad and to drive co‑sell momentum.
You’ll represent Launchpad across AWS programs, Marketplace conversations, startup and ISV initiatives, and co‑marketing efforts. Your work will directly shape how AWS teams position Launchpad, how ISVs discover us, and how quickly we can build meaningful, consistent pipeline through the AWS channel. You’ll operate as a strategist, evangelist, and relationship builder—turning AWS into a high‑leverage, repeatable, and scalable growth engine for Launchpad.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Build and deepen strategic relationships with AWS regional GTM teams, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and Solution Architects to drive referrals, co‑sell opportunities, and joint motions
Generate a consistent flow of qualified ISV and startup leads by engaging AWS field teams, Marketplace teams, and partner programs
Drive global and regional co‑marketing campaigns with AWS, including joint webinars, regional ISV programs, digital campaigns, solution briefs, and event sponsorships
Accelerate traction through AWS Marketplace by optimizing listings, driving demand, and enabling partners on how Launchpad enhances their AWS deployment and monetization
Create joint success stories, narratives, and assets that highlight the combined value of Launchpad + AWS, enabling GTM teams on both sides to pitch and win together
Own AWS pipeline and reporting, ensuring clear visibility into deal flow, co‑sell motions, traction, and ROI from AWS partnership activity
Navigate the AWS organizational landscape by engaging the right teams, aligning with AWS incentives, and embedding Launchpad into their regular co‑sell rhythm
Act as Launchpad’s ambassador within AWS by representing our vision, building advocacy, and expanding our presence across new regions and programs
Who You Are:
You’re a relationship‑driven operator who thrives in ecosystems, partnerships, and collaborative selling. You’re confident, credible, and comfortable engaging AWS stakeholders—from regional GTM leaders and program managers to solution architects. You understand how AWS works, how decisions are made, and how to drive outcomes inside a complex, matrixed cloud organization.
You’re a strong communicator and storyteller who can articulate a compelling joint Launchpad + AWS value narrative. You’re comfortable presenting to groups, hosting conversations, and influencing cross‑functional teams—both internally and within AWS.
You bring a self‑starter mindset and are energized by building something new. You’re organized, persistent, and disciplined about pipeline management, follow‑through, and creating repeatable motions. You enjoy navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and turning complexity into clarity.
Above all, you know how to convert AWS relationships into real opportunities, real pipeline, and real growth—consistently.
What You've Accomplished:
12+ years of experience in cloud partnerships, AWS sales, ISV GTM leadership, or B2B software partnership roles; AWS background strongly preferred
Deep understanding of AWS GTM structures, including ISV Accelerate, ACE Pipeline Manager, APN, and AWS Marketplace
Proven success running joint GTM campaigns with AWS, including co‑branded content, webinars, events, digital demand programs, and customer success stories
Demonstrated ability to navigate AWS’s complexity and build trusted relationships across regions, programs, and stakeholder groups
Track record of generating leads, co‑sell motions, and closed business through cloud partnerships or direct collaboration with AWS field teams
Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling joint narratives and present effectively to AWS and ISV audiences
Experience supporting ISVs and SaaS companies, with a strong understanding of growth challenges, cloud economics, and marketplace monetization
Strong pipeline and program management discipline, with ownership of KPIs, reporting, and measurable results
High ownership, independence, and a startup‑like bias for action, with the ability to build a net‑new motion from the ground up
