Labcorp IT Project Manager II Client Connectivity EDI/ EMR in Remote, North Carolina
Labcorp is seeking a Project Manager II for our Client Connectivity EDI/ EMR team to lead tasks associated with interface project implementations between Labcorp and Client EMR software in support of electronic lab orders and results.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage EMR/ EDI Projects
Develop and maintain project plans, identify and secure resources for implementation
Monitor project milestones and resources, ensuring timely delivery and escalating issues when necessary
Coordinate activities and ensure effective communication with project stakeholders
Track project schedules, report on progress, and take corrective action as needed
Manage, prioritize, and escalate all tasks associated with EMR interface project implementations
Support efforts to improve project implementation turnaround time
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for an assigned vendor
Maintain high-quality project documentation in Solutions Business Manager (SBM) workflow software
Minimum Qualifications
AS Degree
5 years or more experince as Project Manager in Healthcare IT focused on EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and/or LIS (Laboratory Information Systems)
5 years of more experience successfully managing IT Project management focused on interface implementation including Workflow, Connectivity, Build, Test, Validation, Post Live Support
5 or more years of experince managing internal and external customer expectations
5 or more years of experince managing project deliverables for IT Healthcare
3 or more years of experience implementing EMR (Electronic Medical Records) at enterprise level.
1 year or more demonstrated experince leading multi-disciplined and cross-functional teams focused on implementing EMR (Electronic Medical Records) at enterprise level.
Preferred Qualifications
BS Degree
2 or more years of experince supporting Labcorp IT Project Management with focus on EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
2 or more years of demonstrated experince performing root-cause analysis and support problem resolution
PMP Certification

Pay Range: $70,000-$90,000
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
