Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated OneData Project Manager will play a critical role in driving TE’s transition from legacy data warehouses to the OneData unified analytics platform. This role is responsible for translating business priorities into actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment across IS business units, and delivering solutions that foster data literacy and adoption. This position will be full-time and remote.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the transition from legacy data warehouses to the OneData unified analytics platform.

  • Collaborate with business units to understand and prioritize data needs, translating them into ingestion roadmaps.

  • Maintain and manage a multi-business unit demand pipeline effectively.

  • Partner with CIOs and senior leadership to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Support efforts to promote data literacy and adoption across business units.

  • Facilitate the transition of reporting tools from Tableau to Power BI.

  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of analytics solutions across business teams

What You’ll Need

  • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.

  • Strong business acumen, particularly in supply chain, operations, engineering, and sales domains.

  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and build effective solutions.

  • Expertise in change management and influencing key stakeholders.
