Job Description:
We are seeking a confident, highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Management Analyst to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our order management team by ensuring the accuracy and cleanliness of our sales data.
You will work directly with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to managed closed won deal approvals and commercial operations cases that supports opportunity management, troubleshooting CRM user-related issues, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our sales processes.
Flexibility to work in London (BST) and New York City (EST) time zones rotationally or as scheduled by your manager.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for approving closed sales deals in Salesforce.com (SFDC) prior to final sync with NetSuite. You will closely review fully executed Sales Orders and other legal documentations (MSAs, SOWs, POs) to ensure accurate subscription terms, billing, product mapping, and pricing details.
Create cases, manage and resolve order-related issues that arise during the deal approval process by coordinating with opportunity owners, sales leaders, and other internal stakeholders as needed to ensure accurate and timely turn around for approvals. This communication is vital to the success of our data accuracy and requires a high level of attention to detail and urgency in follow-up.
Work closely with our internal order management team to learn, collaborate and work towards solutioning together.
Respond to incoming commercial operations cases that are submitted from across the business. Cases include requests from Finance, Provisioning, and Sales teams. You will take the lead on fielding case management questions, support, and technical issues arising from Ironclad, SFDC, NetSuite etc.
Support with daily SFDC records maintenance including Credit & Rebuilds, Multi-year Co-terming, Amendments, Account Validations, Account updates etc.
Assist in special projects such as account and contact record clean up, process documentation updates, training video creation and SFDC system efficiencies
Contribute to the implementation of new sales processes and tools being utilized by the Commercial organization.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in contract management, order management, or sales/commercial operations supporting SaaS solutions and subscription-based software companies. Experience supporting Biotech or Pharmaceutical industries would be preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and a high level of comfort in collaborating directly with geographically dispersed internal team, Sellers, Sales Leaders, and Technical Support teams as required, including Senior leadership members.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com (or other similar CRMs), CPQ, MSOffice365, and working knowledge of financial and legal systems such as NetSuite and Ironclad
Curious and always willing to learn, with an ability to work independently with little supervision and contribute as part of a team.
Problem-solver comfortable managing ambiguous and inconsistent data, willing to go above and beyond to resolve the issues while assisting our sellers.
Ability to create/update dashboards and reports in SFDC would be a plus.
