Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an AI Project Manager It’s important to understand, drive and deliver projects from project initiation to closure. As an AI product & project owner you must manage and set stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively and plan/manage tasks, resources and timeline effectively to successfully deliver projects and ensure value-creation after delivery. This position will be full-time and remote.
Job Description
We are looking for an AI Project Manager to lead and deliver analytics projects while driving collaboration between technical and business teams. This role combines classical project-management principles with AI product-ownership.This position will be full-time and remote.
What You’ll Do
Owns discovery of business, data, and process requirements, including downstream change impacts
Translates business problems into AI-solvable questions
Ensures AI work creates real business value, not just technical output
Owns AI solution success across its lifecycle, including post-deployment monitoring and value realization
Ensures responsible AI principles (fairness, transparency, explainability) are considered and escalated where needed
Aligns data readiness and ownership with AI delivery milestones
Collaborates with CIOs and BU Senior-managements to own use-case selection and prioritization
Owns the tracking of success metrics (ROI, efficiency, risk reduction) – also after solution-delivery
Decides build vs buy vs stop – including proper escalation mechanism
Drive and participate in the testing and user-acceptance phases
Plan project timeline and milestones
Collaborate with AI and data architects to create work break down
Identifies and mitigates delivery, data, and AI-specific risks (e.g. bias, drift, adoption)
Monitor and control project progress
Ensure effective and proactive/structured communication
Drive projects to closure as planned
Support team with documentation
Mentor and support junior team members
What You’ll Need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree – Any
Knowledge of project management techniques & tools
Knowledge of AI technology and tools
Knowledge of basic IT development platform and technology stacks
PMP or Scrum Master certification (good to have)
IT Project Management Experience
Agile Development experience
12+ years of overall experience
7+ years of Project Management Experience
Preferred:
Master’s degree in business administration (MBA)
Hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and supporting AI solutions
Ability to operate independently and perform in a fast-paced environment managing few projects at a time
Experience in Agile-Scrum methodology, certification will be ideal
Working experience in JIRA and MS Project software
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
