The role

As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with HR Leadership, Senior HR Business Partners, the wider HR team, and Business Leaders to deliver high-quality HR support and enable the organization to achieve its objectives. You will support the execution of HR strategies across talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and programme delivery, working closely with Senior HRBPs and business leaders.You will also develop strong, collaborative relationships across the organization, enabling effective delivery of HR initiatives and supporting the global people strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to business leaders and Senior HRBPs, addressing operational needs effectively and fairly.

  • Support the delivery of the global HR strategy, working closely with Senior HRBPs to ensure consistency and impact across the organization.

  • Support talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives, contributing to the broader HR agenda.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires talent with the right capabilities, and supports effective onboarding.

  • Support organizational change initiatives by providing coordination, tools, and insights to enable business leaders to deliver results.

  • Coach managers and employees to drive behavioral changes, improve performance, and support development, including contributing to training and development initiatives.

  • Lead on employee relations matters, including providing guidance to managers, supporting investigations, and resolving issues in line with company policies and best practices.

  • Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives led by Senior HRBPs, including process improvements and policy implementation.

  • Communicate and promote HR policies, processes, and best practices across the organization.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, partnering with managers on action planning and contributing ideas to enhance engagement and culture.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Talent Acquisition, Finance, Accounting, and HR Delivery to support business and HR priorities.

  • Undertake any other duties as required.

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) or above.

  • Strong HR generalist background, with 1–3 years’ experience operating at HR Business Partner level.

  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases.

  • Experience supporting multi-site and geographically dispersed teams, including remote workers.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple competing priorities.

  • Strong consultative approach, with the ability to build credible and effective stakeholder relationships.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs.

  • Solid understanding of business operations, HR practices, and current trends and challenges.

  • Results-driven, with the ability to deliver outcomes in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  • Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills, with high attention to detail.

  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
