Our opportunity:
The Project Controller serves as the financial and operational backbone of the Professional Services organization. This role ensures predictable delivery performance by translating project activity into reliable financial insight, enabling leadership and delivery teams to make timely decisions. Acting as a trusted partner to Engagement Managers and regional leadership, the Project Controller maintains transparency across the services portfolio, protects margin, and strengthens execution discipline across complex automation programs — particularly large-scale Agentic Process Automation initiatives.
You will make an impact by being responsible for:
Portfolio Financial Management
Managing the consolidated project portfolio across NAMER and LATAM, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data across all engagements
Supporting regional revenue, cost, and margin tracking with clear variance analysis and early trend detection
Maintaining rolling forecasts and capacity projections aligned to delivery plans
Translating project performance into executive-level financial dashboards and reporting
Governance & Compliance
Enforcing financial governance standards, including milestone accuracy, contract alignment, and change‑control discipline
Reviewing and validating timesheets, subcontractor charges, and billing inputs to prevent revenue leakage
Ensuring data integrity between Kantata (PSA) and Salesforce (CRM) systems
Supporting audit readiness and revenue recognition requirements
Delivery Partnership & Risk Management
Partnering with Engagement Managers and Delivery Leadership to identify financial and operational risks early
Providing data-driven recommendations to protect margin and delivery timelines
Supporting deal reviews, project kickoff readiness, and recovery plans for at-risk engagements
Assisting in evaluating staffing strategies, subcontractor utilization, and investment decisions
Forecasting & Executive Visibility
Building regional financial outlooks and scenario analyses for leadership planning
Providing proactive alerts on burn rates, budget consumption, and scope misalignment
Consolidating portfolio insights into actionable recommendations for leadership decision making
You will be a great fit if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
5+ years experience in project controlling, project financial management, PMO, or services operations within SaaS, RPA, AI, or consulting environments
Experience supporting enterprise technology delivery programs (Automation Anywhere, RPA, or similar automation platforms preferred)
Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid delivery models)
Familiarity with revenue recognition and services margin management
Hands‑on experience with PSA and CRM tools (Kantata, Salesforce, or equivalent systems)
Professional proficiency in English (Spanish preferred for LATAM collaboration)
You excel in these key competencies:
Strong analytical thinking and financial reasoning
Ability to translate data into clear operational actions
Structured and detail‑oriented execution discipline
Clear and confident communication with technical and executive audiences
Collaborative mindset across sales, delivery, finance, and operations
Proactive problem solving and risk anticipation
