Job Description
In this role, you will support around 4 to 8 clients, driving maturity and insights to supercharge their Digital Experience data with Dynatrace. Senior Analysts handle larger, more complex customers and are expected to move beyond basic analysis into more advanced and challenging problems, including using backend trace data and regularly connecting issues to business outcomes. Senior Analysts are asked to push engagement to new teams to expand DEM within client organizations and play a more central role in increasing DEM adoption. They meet more regularly with clients and manage competing priorities and expectations across their client engagements and different customer contact personas. You will help clients set a strategy for how they can optimize both their current performance and build performance into their culture. Responsibilities include:
Connect deep dive analysis to business outcomes and leverage back-end data to pursue root cause
Manage complex accounts with multiple teams, juggling priorities and competing deadlines
Effectively delegate and work alongside Support to address client requests
Proactively push new use cases, making clear the value of increased adoption and utilization
Regularly share key wins and value stories with the Squad and for internal-facing and customer-facing deliverables
Play an active role in mentoring new members, including regular discussions and shadowing sessions
Regularly engage in POCs doing analysis work and presenting
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or other quantitative disciplines is required.
3- 5 years of experience with data analysis, including looking at and distilling complex sets of data and presenting findings in an engaging way
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, Spanish and Portuguese; both verbally and in writing
Preferred Requirements:
Consultative in identifying expansion opportunities and new use cases through complex organizations
Collaborative and effective relationship building internally, particularly with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
Expertise in leveraging analytics capabilities across product and Insights tools to uncover customer insights
Understand and communicate around Business Events use cases
Back-end analysis to enhance Insights reporting
Connect performance and technical quality data story to user behavior and business context
Mentor and guide new resources and provide feedback on approach, reporting, etc.
Customize deliverables to meet variety of use cases, including creative solutions to unique problems
Synthesize broader customer value for executive reporting, including for QBRs/SBRs
Expert prioritization and time management to handle several multi-team, multi-focus clients

Compensation and Rewards
The targeted annual base pay range for this role is R160,000 - to R200,000 (Not US Currency) . When determining your salary, we consider your skills, experience, education, work location and internal equity.
