Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Accounts Payable Reporting and Analysis: Lead weekly AP actuals extraction, estimate trending, vendor-level analysis, payment triangulation, and HFM reporting activities. Build summary analytics to support monthly and quarterly forecasting models. Analyze monthly MJE activity including accruals and partner with functions to improve accuracy and automation. Identify and implement process improvements in A/P forecasting.
• Inventory & GIT Financial Management: Reconcile inventory dashboard data against Hyperion each week/month to ensure accurate actuals, estimates and budget are reflected. Partners with IT for data integrity, enhancements, hierarchy/mapping changes and user story requirements. Provide financial insights to inventory segment leaders and gather quarterly enhancement feedback. Executes annual property and sales tax inventory assessments.
• Direct Material (DM) Spend & Cost Analysis: Manage DM Spend reporting, logic validation, estimation methodologies, and SBU mapping. Analyze DM spend and provide insights on operational cost drivers. Partner with IT to automate and standardize processes.
• P&E / CAPEX Reporting, Forecasting & Governance: Gathers monthly inputs from P&E owners for actuals and forecasts by project. Owns P&E actuals extraction from the general ledger and reconciles with the CapEx smartsheet. Investigates monthly variances to estimates/budgets and follows up with asset owners. Maintains Smartsheet and Power BI governance, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Systems, Controls & Project Management (GEARS + Cross-Functional): Lead GEARS monthly reconciliations, DOA validation, ticket management, and IT testing cycles. Supports ICPE monthly cycles and contributes to functional testing and enhancements. Manages ad-hoc analysis, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting. Ensure accuracy and integrity across all system data used for reporting and decision making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and variance analysis.
Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and troubleshoot data integrity issues.
Experience with financial reporting systems (HFM, Hyperion, Smartsheet, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Adaptable/Flexible: open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or working in ambiguous situations.
Experience in supply chain finance, controllership, or operational finance.
Working knowledge of financial systems (GEARS, Smartsheet, Power BI).
Strong communication skills and comfort presenting insights to finance and operational partners.
Clear thinking/problem solving successfully lead projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas
Experience working in a matrixed environment.

Pay Range
For Poland based positions, Annual Salary Range:236 000,00PLN-324 500,00PLN
