About the Role
As an SAP Manufacturing & Planning Team Lead, you will lead a team of consultants delivering SAP Manufacturing, Production Planning and Supply Chain Planning solutions. You'll take ownership of end-to-end delivery, guide customers through operational and digital transformation, and ensure solutions are aligned with best practice manufacturing and planning processes. This senior leadership role requires strong SAP functional expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Champion growth of SAP Manufacturing & Supply Chain Planning capabilities aligned with the DyFlex Digital Supply Chain strategy
Lead a team delivering SAP Manufacturing and Planning solutions, providing coaching, guidance and quality oversight
Lead full-cycle implementations across Manufacturing and Planning workstreams from discovery through to go-live and aftercare
Translate manufacturing and planning requirements into fit-for-purpose SAP solutions aligned to operational best practice
Contribute to solution design and review across SAP Digital Supply Chain modules focusing on SAP Manufacturing in S/4HANA Cloud ERP and S/4HANA Cloud ERP – Private, SAP IBP, SAP PP/DS, SAP Quality Management and SAP Digital Manufacturing
Facilitate workshops to define end-to-end processes across production, materials, capacity planning and shop-floor execution
Oversee solution design, configuration standards, documentation quality and delivery methodology within the team
Manage delivery planning including resourcing, prioritisation, stakeholder communication and project governance
Support testing strategy and execution including SIT/UAT, defect triage, and cutover planning activities
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations to related solutions (e.g., IBP, EWM, QM, PM, SAP Digital Manufacturing or interfaces)
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations to optimise operational outcomes
Your qualifications and experience
Proven experience delivering SAP Manufacturing and Planning solutions, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP and/or SAP PP/DS
Demonstrated consulting experience delivering end-to-end implementations across the project lifecycle
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including planning, scheduling, execution, capacity and materials management
Experience leading teams or acting as a workstream lead, with a focus on coaching and delivery quality
Strong workshop facilitation, process design, and functional documentation skills
Experience supporting testing, data validation, cutover planning and go-live readiness activities
Functional exposure across SAP Digital Supply Chain areas such as SAP IBP, SAP Quality Management, SAP Digital Manufacturing, and S/4HANA Manufacturing (Public or Private) highly regarded
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across operations, IT and leadership teams
Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance delivery, leadership and customer outcomes
Passion for capability uplift, standardisation and continuous improvement aligned to modern SAP Manufacturing and Planning practices
