Cornerstone OnDemand Performance Marketing Manager in Remote, Australia
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for the performance and efficiency of paid marketing and account-based marketing programs supporting new-logo pipeline acquisition across APJ.
This role supports qualified pipeline generation through targeting, paid activation, and ongoing optimisation, and contributes to expansion activity where paid and ABM programs can support deal progression.
In this role you will...
Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity
Provide regular reporting on paid and ABM performance, including pipeline contribution, conversion, and ROI
Partner with Revenue Marketing leadership to align paid activity to priority accounts and expansion motions
Support approved expansion plays through targeted ABM and paid activation
Execute paid components of global and regional campaigns aligned to field, sales, and advocacy activity
Manage paid media execution across APJ within agreed budgets and plans
Optimise targeting, messaging, channel mix, and spend allocation based on performance data
Monitor conversion rates, disqualification reasons, and pipeline progression
Own performance of paid and ABM-sourced demand through the funnel from MQL to SQO
Translate agreed targeting and pipeline priorities into paid and ABM activation plans
Activate campaigns across paid search, paid social, ABM platforms, content syndication and third party media where approved
Execute paid marketing and ABM programs aligned to priority new logo accounts, ICPs, and regional GTM priorities
Measures of Success
Reporting is accurate, timely, and supports performance management and decision-making
Targeting, messaging, and channel mix are continuously optimised based on performance
Programs support qualified demand, pipeline contribution, and efficient use of spend
Paid and ABM programs are executed effectively and aligned to regional priorities
Tracking and attribution are maintained in partnership with Marketing Operations
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
Experience leading and developing junior performance or revenue intelligence roles
Experience working with Marketing Operations on tracking, attribution, and data accuracy
Strong capability in analysing funnel performance and pipeline impact using reporting tools and spreadsheets
Experience managing paid media across Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Hands-on use of Marketo (or equivalent), Salesforce, and ABM platforms such as Demandbase or 6sense
Experience in B2B performance marketing and account-based marketing in a SaaS or enterprise environment
Commercial, data-driven decision making and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
