Retail Sales Consultant (Growth & Development Track)
Location: 11813 Reisterstown Rd, Reisterstown MD, 21136
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours | Includes at least one weekend day

What This Role Is About
Retail Sales Consultants:
Work directly with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions
Sell products and coordinate services such as automotive key programming, device repair, and specialty battery solutions
Own the customer experience from start to finish
Work alongside a team of technicians and sales professionals
Contribute to daily store performance and team success
This role is built around solutions-first selling, where success comes from understanding customer needs and delivering the right outcome.
Pay & Earning Potential
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $20.00 – $23.50 per hour
Includes hourly pay, weekend premium, and performance-based incentives
Top performers exceed OTE through consistent results
Paid training during your first 3 months

High school diploma or equivalent
18 years or older
Valid driver's license
