About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Python Software Developer with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience building backend systems, APIs, and scalable applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, problem‑solving, and working in a collaborative engineering environment.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based software solutions and backend services
Implement robust, scalable, and efficient code following best practices
Build and integrate RESTful APIs or microservices
Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) including schema design and optimization
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Frontend) to deliver end‑to‑end features
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code
Write unit tests and ensure high test coverage
Document system architecture, processes, and code when needed
Required Qualifications
2–3 years of professional experience in Python development
Strong understanding of core Python concepts (OOP, data structures, error handling)
Experience with at least one major Python framework
Solid experience with relational or non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Knowledge of asynchronous programming (asyncio) is a plus
Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments
Good debugging skills and familiarity with logging/monitoring tools
