Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Digital Solutions (DS) team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and implementation of Digital Solutions for both new and existing clients, managing the complete solution life cycle from system requirements to final deployment.
You will join a high-impact team that collaborates closely with Sales, Pre-sales, and Operations to execute technical implementations while enhancing tools and processes for maximum efficiency.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of complex technical solutions, developing detailed project plans, system design specifications, and functional diagrams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate directly with client IT and business stakeholders, as well as internal engineering and operations teams, to manage requirements, guide solution development, and facilitate the transition to long-term support.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project performance requirements by leading Quality Assurance (QA) efforts and managing formal change control processes.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
5 to 8+ years of proven experience in Project Management, specifically managing the implementation of highly technical enterprise-level Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) systems or similar.
Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Cloud solutions, and technical tools such as Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Kofax, Globalscape, or Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Proven ability in stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and professional communication in both Spanish and Advanced English.
Professional Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum certifications.
