How you will make contributions that matter... * Provide relief for production and intake vacancies. Includes coverage for employee breaks; vacation/personal time off; and absences. * Observe all plant safety policies and procedures regarding lock out/tag out, confined space, fork lift, etc. * Follow all personal hygiene and sanitary practices in accordance with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Observe all Saputo Cheese USA Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety guidelines. * Possess values that align with the Saputo culture: Respect, Teamwork, Openness, Ownership, Commitment, Integrity, Passion. * Perform all other duties as assigned. * Willingness to work overtime as required. * Ability to learn and perform the duties and responsibilities for each position on the assigned shift. Does not include maintenance functions or responsibilities. * Knowledge of Food Safety hygiene practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Ability to read, write and speak in a proficient manner and communicate effectively. * Ability to work with limited supervision and prepare accurate documents. * Ability to multitask, adapt and react to interruptions and production changes without losing composure and efficiency. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Ability to work other shifts occasionally.
