Not only do you get your base rate and shift premium, but we will also pay you for your performance to raise your hourly rate above and beyond the shift premium \$\$\$\$\$\$\$ Mechanical Big Barrel Helper - 3rd shift premium + Pay for Performance + plus incentive pay Plateco is looking for motivated, high energy, safety-oriented employees to join our Precision Squad! 3rd shift position, running (4) 10-hour shifts from 9 pm - 7 am Sunday night thru Wednesday night, saving the 5th day for any overtime needed.
