JOB REQUIREMENTS: \$\$ Plateco is ready to pay you what you deserve \$\$ Not only do you get your base rate and shift premium, but we will also pay you for your performance to raise your hourly rate above and beyond the shift premium \$\$\$\$\$\$ Assistant Operator Perfectionist-\$19 + Pay for Performance Plateco is looking for a motivated, high energy, safety-oriented employee to join our Precision Squad! 1st Shift (R3) Position, running (4) 8-hour shifts from 7:00AM- 3:00PM Monday - Thursday Currently getting about 32 hours a week This is still considered a fulltime position, with full time benefits. With your hourly rate + incentive pay the current average is about \$23/hr. @ the 32 hours a week. Assistant Operator Perfectionist will be racking and un-racking of metal parts, to be zinc-plated, according to the work orders. Excellent Attendance Safety Oriented Organizational Skills HS Diploma or Equivalent Start and stop operation of machines, using levers or buttons. Operate lifting or moving devices to move equipment or materials to access areas to be painted. Record operational data on specified forms.
