ERP Maintenance and Management ERP Software Integrations End User Support
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the functionality of the company’s ERP system in relation to the general ledger, accounts payable, electronic payments, revenue recognition, and fixed assets
Manage ERP integrations with warehouse management, efficiency trackers, CMMS, and EDI software
Research, develop, and leverage Power BI to streamline data and reports
Provide hands-on and/or remote training and instruction to new end users
Continuously support all end users by troubleshooting and recommending new features, tools, or reports that aid in their roles
Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan system-related projects
Manage and inform users of system updates or maintenance
Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Assist in extracting data and/or creating reports to help support business decisions, as requested
Work with system vendors on technical support, contact renewals, and/or research new systems that better fulfill the company’s needs
Maintain regular and predictable on-site attendance
Travel up to 10%, annually

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or related field; or comparable years’ experience, preferred
2+ years of experience working in the financial systems administrative field with ERP systems, preferred
Experience in an agricultural manufacturing environment, a plus
Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Business Central and Power BI experience, a plus
Strong sense of initiative, organization, and independent problem-solving
Strong customer service skills; ability to troubleshoot and/or train end users to attain desired result
Ability to attain and/or maintain a standard driver’s license
Physical Requirements
