This hybrid role is based in Redwood City, CA, and is a temp position lasting 10-26 weeks. Software Engineer I - Production AI (Developer Support) Responsibilities:
Provide frontline assistance to developers by monitoring channels, triaging requests, and resolving issues efficiently.
Maintain and operate internal AI services to ensure high reliability and uptime.
Troubleshoot API, integration, and tooling issues through root cause analysis and resolution.
Develop and update documentation such as user guides and operational runbooks.
Build automation and workflows to streamline support processes and improve efficiency.
Software Engineer I - Production AI (Developer Support) Qualifications:
At least 2 years of professional software engineering or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in one programming language such as Python, Typescript, or Java.
Experience working with APIs, debugging, and supporting production systems.
Familiarity with cloud environments and basic DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
