Typical Day in the RolePurpose of the Team
This team supports U.S.-based K--12 school districts and community colleges by partnering with account teams to guide customers through both existing and new Azure initiatives. Work includes cloud modernization, AI services, Microsoft Fabric adoption, and transitions from on-premises to cloud environments.
Key Projects
- Support for Azure modernization projects within K--12 and community college districts
- Adoption and enablement for Microsoft Fabric and AI services
- Helping customers transition from on-prem environments using Azure Arc
- Close partnership with account teams and Microsoft 365 specialists

Job ResponsibilitiesSales Excellence
- Lead discovery and qualification of cloud, data, and AI opportunities through deep customer understanding
- Create compelling business cases tied to measurable business outcomes
- Maintain a strong pipeline and provide regular progress updates
- Drive growth in cloud migration, data transformation, and service consumption initiatives
Scaling & Collaboration
- Partner with account teams and technical teams to execute customer engagement strategies
- Coordinate internal and partner resources for proof-of-concepts and MVPs
- Ensure partner alignment and maintain consistent referral and opportunity reviews
Industry Awareness
- Facilitate customer workshops that explore business needs and highlight transformative technologies
- Deliver solution demos and accelerators to secure customer commitment
- Use available tools and programs to educate customers and identify opportunities
Sales Execution
- Strengthen relationships with decision-makers to advance digital transformation
- Drive adoption and year-over-year growth in larger accounts
- Expand workloads in mid-sized accounts with a focus on migration and modernization
