About the Role:
As a CBRE Warehouse & Mail Supervisor, you will directthe team responsible for warehouse and mail operations This job is part of theSupply Chain function.

They are responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of theorganization’s supply chain.
This is an onsite position, Mon-Fri, working hours 7A-4PPST. This position will supervise a team of 3.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain receiving,warehousing, and distribution operations.
Supervise, plan, andcoordinate, inbound/outbound receiving schedules and oversee the workload.
Safeguard warehouse operations.Establish and monitor security procedures and protocols.
Audit delivered items withinvoices. Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections. Check forcontraband.
Control inventory levels byconducting physical counts and reconciling with a data storage system.
Understand proper storagemethods, identification, and stock location. Maintain the physical condition ofthe warehouse.
Resolve complex problems andidentify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish teamobjectives.
May establish new techniques toensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
Has a direct impact on the teamobjectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
Ensure personal and teamoutcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
Lead by example and modelbehaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through theapplication of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to buildconsensus.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations. Able to lift 50 lbs.
In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Warehouse & Mail Supervisor position is $27.00 per hour and the maximum is $30.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
