Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Manage project implementation, which may include resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, and training of technical development and product planning teams. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more, but less than 100% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.
Requirements:
-Education: Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Technology Management, Telecommunications, or a related field.
-Experience: 24 months software-related, centralized, and coordinated program or project management experience.
-Specific Skills: This position requires 24 months of experience in each of the following: Coordinating program development of computer software applications, systems, or services from design through product release; Cloud development; SDLC; Automated Testing Tools; .NET; Algorithms; and Distributed Systems.
-Telecommuting permitted 50% or more, but less than 100% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (EG5682049), in Redmond, WA, is $176,300 to $206,300 per year.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.?
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
