Job Description:

2 Shifts

1.Sunday to Wednesday -- 9PM -5PM (Day shift)

  1. Monday to Friday -- 4 PM to 12:30 ( Night Shift )

     

Key Responsibilities

Production Support: Provide immediate technical support for "line-down" situations related to test stations (ICT, Functional Test, or End-of-Line).

Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose root causes of test failures, distinguishing between actual product defects and "false failures" caused by test fixtures or software bugs.

Yield Optimization: Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY) data and implement continuous improvement projects to reduce cycle time and eliminate re-test loops.

Fixture Maintenance: Manage the calibration, preventive maintenance, and hardware repair of test jigs, bed-of-nails fixtures, and sensors.

Deployment: Assist in the validation and "bring-up" of new test stations during phases.

Documentation: Maintain clear records of station downtime, ECO (Engineering Change Order) implementations, and operator instructions.

We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Front Line Test Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you are the first line of defense for production quality. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated test equipment to ensure zero downtime and 100% test coverage. You will bridge the gap between Design Engineering and the Production Floor, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards before reaching the customer.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

 

• Technical Proficiency:

Experience with TestStand, LabVIEW, or Python for automated testing.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and PCBA layouts.

Hands-on experience with lab equipment: Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, and Spectrum Analyzers.

 

• Communication: Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical production operators and present data-driven reports to management.

 

• Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; ability to stand for long periods and handle physical hardware.
