Job Description:
JOB TITLE: Systems Engineer III
DURATION: 12 MONTHS
LOCATION: ONSITE IN REDMOND, WA
PAY RATE: $63 - $73 HOURLY
Job Description: The successful engineer in this role will:
- Implement new design improvements to test racks to achieve yield improvements
- Support the team in meeting production rate targets
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation
- Execute validation processes for new and existing systems
Troubleshoot test rack issues and implementing corrective actions
Required Experience:
- System engineering background
- Experience with test rack design and implementation
- Documentation and validation process expertise
Troubleshooting capabilities for complex systems
Core Requirements:
- In depth knowledge of test equipment, test tools, and debugging techniques.
- Relentless passion for frugality and out-of-the-box engineering.
- Strong system troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency and experience in automation via Python programming and shell scripting.
Highly Desirable Attributes:
- Knowledge of Python
- Knowledge of VCS (git, mercurial, svn)
Experience deploying or managing test systems in large-scale, geographically diverse environments.
