Job Title: Validation EngineerJob Description
As a Validation Engineer, you will be a vital member of the hardware validation team. Your primary responsibility will be testing and validating analog, digital, and embedded sub-systems for various products. This role requires close cooperation with design and integration teams.
Responsibilities
Conduct test and validation of analog, digital, and embedded sub-systems.
Collaborate closely with design and integration teams.
Develop and execute verification plans, test cases, and test procedures.
Troubleshoot and debug board-level electrical circuits.
Write and implement test plans for microcontrollers, SOCs, FPGAs, power supplies, electric motors, and high-speed RF components.
Essential Skills
Strong experience in validation and hardware verification.
Proficiency in electrical engineering and PCB design.
Experience with analog circuit testing and power supply testing.
PCB troubleshooting and debug expertise.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong hands-on soldering skills, including through-hole and surface-mount components.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in board-level design verification for aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics products.
Proven experience in design verification for hardware systems.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
Work Environment
This position is onsite in Redmond, WA. The project is open-ended and has been ongoing for the last four years. Benefits include 15 days of PTO and 7 paid holidays. You will be working in a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork and innovation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
