Ready to build systems that truly care? As a Senior Engineering Program Manager at Providence, you’ll sit at the sweet spot where strategy, engineering, and human impact meet. This role is all about turning big ideas into beautifully designed solutions that delight caregivers and deliver real value across the organization. You’ll partner closely with engineers and business leaders to shape services from concept to launch (and beyond), championing caregiver needs every step of the way. From defining bold, multi‑year solution visions to guiding features through design, build, release, and adoption, you’ll own the full lifecycle with pride. In a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment, you’ll connect dots, solve hard problems, keep complex programs humming, and inspire teams to do their best work—while continuously improving how we build, ship, and support enterprise‑wide IS services. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
5 or more years of related experience
Strong program and project experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
Experience in a Healthcare environment
5 or more years of experience of Print Management Enterprise Experience
Azure DevOps (ADO): Experience managing backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and delivery tracking using Azure DevOps
VPSX Print Management: Experience supporting and managing enterprise print environments using VPSX Print Management
Xerox: Familiarity with Xerox enterprise printing solutions, device management, and print services support
Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects end‑to‑end, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications
Power BI: Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights and support decision‑making

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
