ManpowerGroup Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Engineer in Redmond, Washington

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their team. As a Software Development Engineer, you will be part of the Customer Security & Trust Operations supporting engineering solutions that enhance security and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: S oftware Development Engineer

Location: Redmond, WA - Remote

Pay Rate Range: $67.19 - $73.92 On Experis W2 (Benefits/PTO/Benefits)

Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each:

Minimum 5 years' experience with Dynamics 365 Custom Development.

Minimum 5 years' experience with Power Pages Development.

Minimum 10 years' experience with coding using C# or Python.

What's the Job?

  • Design and develop model-driven applications on Dynamics 365/Dataverse with a focus on user-friendly interfaces and streamlined workflows.

  • Create server-side extensions, custom APIs, and PCF controls to enhance user experience and functionality.

  • Automate business processes and communications using Power Automate, integrating with Dynamics events for operational efficiency.

  • Integrate content management systems like SharePoint with Dynamics 365, ensuring secure and compliant data handling.

  • Manage ALM processes, Azure DevOps pipelines, and environment promotion to ensure high-quality, secure deployments.

What's Needed?

  • At least 4+ years of experience building solutions on Dynamics 365/Dataverse and Power Platform.

  • Proficiency in C#/.NET and TypeScript/React for plugin and PCF development.

  • Strong UX sensibility with demonstrated improvements in enterprise applications.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate effectively across teams.
