Insight Global Retail Program Manager I in Redmond, Washington
Job Description
• Demo Deployment & Maintenance: Assisting in developing demo requirements for retail demo devices and supporting the deployment of product retail launches within the North American region. This includes executing multiple retail demo content and software updates year-round across Wearables product lines.
• Partner Collaboration: Developing demo technical requirements for regional retail display partners. You will partner closely with the Global Channel Experiences team and regional marketing to ensure demos meet the specifications of different North American retailers.
• Field Support & Training: Creating demo best practices training and documentation for developers and marketing partners. You will work closely with the Field sales team to understand potential issues, building tech solutions that are field-friendly and supporting fixture tech maintenance through troubleshooting documents.
• Systems & Analytics: Helping to develop and maintain scalable retail technology solutions, such as content and device management systems. You will collaborate with Analytics teams to track KPIs, set program guidelines, review engagement metrics, and use data to improve customer experiences.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Assisting in building and tracking program budgets. You will help develop RFI/RFQ documents for technology vendor selection, support the creation of supplier SOWs, and act as a liaison between global fixture vendors, graphics companies, and marketing teams. This includes tracking POs and invoices in finance systems.

Skills and Requirements
1. Proficiency in bug and project tracking tools.
2. Solid understanding of Hardware and Software development lifecycles.
3. Budget tracking and vendor management experience (e.g., generating POs, managing SOWs). • Experience with retail devices and interactive display technologies development.
• Understanding of the retail environment and fixtures as a whole.
• Experience forecasting and managing project budgets.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
