Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Researcher 3 to join their team. As a Researcher 3, you will be part of the Experience Strategy & Design Studio supporting design research and experience strategy initiatives for partners and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Researcher 3
Location: Remote (within US)
Pay Range: $39/hr to $42/hr on W2
Duration: 18 months (based on budget)
What's the Job?
Define scope and frame research goals for studies aligned with business needs and success criteria
Identify research needs and potential problem areas, selecting appropriate research methods
Design, plan, and facilitate remote workshops, interviews, and international research efforts
Create discussion guides, personas, customer journey maps, and service blueprints
Leverage data and research insights to prioritize requirements and inform broader team frameworks
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years of User Experience Research experience
Experience with a variety of research methods including qualitative and quantitative techniques
Proven ability to design and facilitate remote workshops and international research projects
Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively
