ManpowerGroup Researcher 3 in Redmond, Washington

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Researcher 3 to join their team. As a Researcher 3, you will be part of the Experience Strategy & Design Studio supporting design research and experience strategy initiatives for partners and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Researcher 3

Location: Remote (within US)

Pay Range: $39/hr to $42/hr on W2

Duration: 18 months (based on budget)

What's the Job?

  • Define scope and frame research goals for studies aligned with business needs and success criteria

  • Identify research needs and potential problem areas, selecting appropriate research methods

  • Design, plan, and facilitate remote workshops, interviews, and international research efforts

  • Create discussion guides, personas, customer journey maps, and service blueprints

  • Leverage data and research insights to prioritize requirements and inform broader team frameworks

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum of 5+ years of User Experience Research experience

  • Experience with a variety of research methods including qualitative and quantitative techniques

  • Proven ability to design and facilitate remote workshops and international research projects

  • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively
