ManpowerGroup Research Operations Program Manager in Redmond, Washington
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and research sector, is seeking a Research Programs professional to join their team. As a Research Programs specialist, you will be part of the Research Operations team supporting global research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Research Operations Programs Manager
Location: Remote (Candidates near Puget Sound, WA preferred)
Pay Range: $35/hr to $39/hr on W2
Contract Duration: up to 06/30/2026
What's the Job?
Manage research operations including project coordination, scheduling, and governance
Maintain metrics, reporting mechanisms, and documentation for research activities
Support tool management, licensing, and compliance for research technology stacks
Identify and pilot AI opportunities to streamline research workflows
Organize and share research best practices and maintain knowledge repositories
What's Needed?
2-4 years of experience in research operations, user research, or related roles
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
Experience with research tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, or participant recruitment platforms
Familiarity with enterprise technology environments and AI tools
An AI-first mindset with practical experience leveraging AI for operational efficiency
