ManpowerGroup Research Operations Program Manager in Redmond, Washington

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and research sector, is seeking a Research Programs professional to join their team. As a Research Programs specialist, you will be part of the Research Operations team supporting global research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Research Operations Programs Manager

Location: Remote (Candidates near Puget Sound, WA preferred)

Pay Range: $35/hr to $39/hr on W2

Contract Duration: up to 06/30/2026

What's the Job?

  • Manage research operations including project coordination, scheduling, and governance

  • Maintain metrics, reporting mechanisms, and documentation for research activities

  • Support tool management, licensing, and compliance for research technology stacks

  • Identify and pilot AI opportunities to streamline research workflows

  • Organize and share research best practices and maintain knowledge repositories

What's Needed?

  • 2-4 years of experience in research operations, user research, or related roles

  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

  • Experience with research tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, or participant recruitment platforms

  • Familiarity with enterprise technology environments and AI tools

  • An AI-first mindset with practical experience leveraging AI for operational efficiency
