ManpowerGroup Project Manager Tech 3 in Redmond, Washington

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a Project Manager Tech 3 to join their team.This is a Program/Portfolio Management role supporting a Global AI Customer Success team. The person will act like a PMO lead, helping multiple project owners stay organized, on track, and aligned.

They’re not owning the technical work itself—they’re owning the process: intake, planning, tracking progress, managing risks, and delivering executive-level reporting.

It’s a highly cross-functional role working with leadership to ensure projects are delivered predictably and efficiently.

Job Title: Project Manager Tech 3

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $55/hr -$60/hr

What's the Job?

  • Support operational excellence through program and portfolio management for the GSA team.

  • Establish and run intake and triage processes for initiatives, ensuring transparency and prioritization.

  • Develop and maintain project frameworks, plans, and governance artifacts to ensure consistent delivery.

  • Produce leadership-ready status reports, dashboards, and executive narratives to facilitate decision-making.

  • Collaborate across teams to drive operational outcomes and continuous process improvements.

What's Needed?

  • 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, especially at the portfolio level.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams; familiarity with Dataverse/Fabric is a plus.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to lead meetings, manage dependencies, and produce executive-level reports.

  • Self-starter with a focus on process excellence and continuous improvement.
