ManpowerGroup Project Manager Tech 3 in Redmond, Washington
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business solutions sector, is seeking a Project Manager Tech 3 to join their team. As a Project Manager Tech 3, you will be part of the Program Management Office supporting global initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Project Manager Tech 3
Location: Remote (must work core PST hours)
Pay Range: $55/hr to $59/hr on W2
Contract Duration: Until 06/30/2026 (possibility of extension)
What's the Job?
Facilitate portfolio intake, triage, and prioritization processes for multiple initiatives.
Establish and maintain project frameworks, standards, and governance artifacts.
Produce and deliver regular status reports, executive scorecards, and narrative updates.
Provide hands-on project management support to ensure timely delivery of milestones and dependencies.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans proactively across projects.
What's Needed?
3-5 years of experience in program or project management, especially at the portfolio level.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams; familiarity with Dataverse or Fabric is a plus.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain an integrated view of initiatives.
Experience supporting senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
