About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager tothrive in a fast-paced environment where scope is ever-evolving, and each daybrings new challenges and opportunities for impact.
This role offers a compelling blend of Tenant Improvement(TI) and New Construction (NC) projects, making it ideal for a professionalwith experience in either domain, though proficiency in both is highlypreferred. You will be the central point of contact, coordinating seamlesslywith contractors, architects, subcontractors, and our valued clientstakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the higheststandards.
We're seeking a Project Manager with 3-5 years of relevantexperience who is ready to take on significant responsibilities without directreports, focusing entirely on project delivery. You'll enjoy a collaborativework environment with a hybrid schedule, requiring on-site presence Tuesdaythrough Thursday, with some flexibility considered.
What You’ll Do:
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, etc.
Ensure that contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout are accurate, timely, and compliant.
Monitor billing, accounts receivable, expense monitoring and control.
Work cross-functionally with other business lines to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
Identify small to medium project risks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation and backup plans.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with Turner & Townsend values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Strong working knowledge of intermediate math applied to project financials, including the ability to analyze and process change orders, manage forecasts and invoicing. Proficient in performing complex calculations to support accurate budgeting and cost control.
Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
