This senior-level project manager will drive readiness, enablement, and successful rollout of Self-Serve Email capabilities supporting Relationship Marketing (RM) and RM Operations. The role is responsible for orchestrating end-to-end rollout execution, running a disciplined operating rhythm, coordinating UAT, driving change management, and ensuring documentation and adoption requirements are met across marketing and operations teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Operating Rhythm Leadership
- Run a disciplined operating rhythm (ROB) including agendas, notes, action tracking, decision logs, and workback plans.

- Provide clear, consistent status reporting and visibility for Microsoft FTE owners and cross-functional partners.
Rollout Planning & Readiness Execution
- Translate phased rollout plans into concrete readiness criteria, go-live gates, and operational requirements.
- Identify and track dependencies across tooling, operations, governance, and enablement workstreams.
- Ensure launches proceed only when readiness criteria are met and risks are mitigated.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordination
- Support UAT planning, scheduling, execution, and issue tracking.
- Partner with engineering, RM Ops, and business stakeholders to validate functionality and ensure smooth rollout.
Change Management & Adoption
- Develop "what's changing / who's impacted / what stays the same" materials for marketers and operations teams.
- Define in-scope vs. out-of-scope scenarios to drive clarity and reduce confusion.

Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Own documentation governance including accuracy, versioning, ownership, and single source of truth.
