Candidate Location Requirements: 100%remote, must work PST hours. Prefers candidates who sit in Seattle area.

Pay Rate: $50

Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills

Minimum 5+ years' experience with technical skills and tools such as Power BI, SQL, Kusto, ADO

Minimum 5+ years' experience with analytical skills (data analysis and reporting).

Minimum 5+ years' experience with program management skills.

 

Typical Day in the Role

• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to provide infrastructure and cloud services support for the Office product group, including incident management and modernization of platforms.

• Key projects: This role will contribute to incident management, Azure infrastructure projects, and contractual commitments such as Cosmic and France/Germany programs.

 

Work closely with global teams, including engineering, product, and support functions, to ensure the successful execution of programs

 

Ideal Background

Strong communication skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional meetings, present findings to leadership, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Prior technical and PM experience.

• Candidates should have technical understanding and strong communication skills.

• Best vs. Average: the ideal resume would contain evidence of proactive work, independent problem-solving, and hands-on technical experience beyond just listing skills on paper.

• Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include three rounds.

• Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have examples of analytical problem-solving and strong communication strategies prepared prior to the assessment.
